In summer you are welcome in the 40-seat shaded garden, decorated with bunches of herbs and numerous ancient objects, which were once part of the Bulgarian farmer’s home. Among them you will notice a unique piece of equipment, typical of the indigenous livelihood of the region in the past – the “gulpana”, a primitive rose oil distillery, which has a high antiquity as well as sentimental and cognitive value.

The summer garden leads to the terrace, which offers additional comfort and seats.
